  • Customer promise
        We understand that buying from a faceless internet company does not come without fears and concerns. To help alleviate some of these we have put together a set of personal promises that all our people are aware of and fully accept:
    • We will endeavor at all times to keep you up-to-date with your order by email or phone in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.

    • We have a UK based MOI agent who will be happily available for contact. If you have any questions or require any further info please call 44-01473-738634 (We also hope soon to have a MOI agent based in the USA).

  • Customer excellence
        We at Merchants of India have thought deeply and seriously about your feedback and our own research, and have come up with 3 key policies to offer you, our customer:
    • One, We have launched our own `Isaiah` designer label. Our own award winning professional designer will be continually bringing you the latest designs on our web page. Also, for those of you who have special requirements, our designer will personally design and fit you for that 'perfect fit'.

    • Two, This same designer will personally answer all your questions/queries and requirements via email or phone, and will be your personal designer, how's that! It is our desire to cater for those of you who still want the highest quality fabrics, coupled with the latest designer fashions from around the fashion world.

    • Three, We have specially designed a measuring guide for your various body sizes that will both give us the exact measurement requirements for the perfect fit, and give you that 'designer' look you really want. Your help in fully using this measurement tool is vital to meet our target of 100% success, every time.

  • Online shopping
        Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, delivery information, and return procedure. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

    • Acceptance of your order - Acceptance of your order - An email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order once it has passed through our security checks. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Merchants of India will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the instructions.

      Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

      • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
      • Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions.

    • Order cancellation - If you wish to cancel your order please contact MOI customer services within 3 days of your order by calling 00 91 8172 233958 during Indian office hours, or returning your acknowledgement email to us within 3 days stating your intention to cancel the order.
      It may not always be possible to stop an order that has already been shipped, as we endeavor to process orders immediately. In this instance please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Further details of our return policy are detailed in Terms and conditions.

    • Payment methods - We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Citibank E-cards and JCB.

    • Pricing policy - All prices shown on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling. We have incorporated into the site a currency converter to show you `live` currency conversion at the time of your purchase in your own currency.

    • Worldwide delivery Charges - All our items include the shipping/delivery charges to your door. How ever, we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority We cannot be held accountable for any delays that may occur in customs clearance.

    • Damages in transit - Merchants of India believe that every garment/product that leaves our premises should be like a new-born baby and the utmost care is taken in packaging.
      There may of course be cases where your own customs laws requires the opening of the shipment and may induce in exceptional cases soiling or even damage, which is beyond our control. We promise to try on your behalf to reclaim the damage from the courier company, however as you appreciate we cannot guarantee a 100% success.

    • Currency payments - We support all major credit cards and use a secure SSL payment gateway company for all our online transactions www.ccavenue.com

    • Refund/exchange policy - Part of our world-class customer service policy is to ensure garment/product problems do not arise. However, in cases of a genuine problem arising, the customer has to send the parcel in original condition bearing the courier charges back to MOI, then the garment/product will definitely be exchanged or monies refunded.

    • Privacy policy statement / your information - Merchants of India is fully committed to safe-guard the interests of our customers in terms of personal information and security. We will not give out your details to any other interested parties. The giving out of personal data about our customers is a serious offence and will be treated with the utmost severity.
