How can I contact you at short notice?
We work on Indian time-zone of six-days a week, being Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm. Our answer machine service is screened and checked regularly throughout the working day

How safe is it to shop on-line and give my credit card details?

Are shipping charges included in my order?
No matter where you live in the world all our products are shipped free to your doorstep

How long must I wait for my goods to be delivered?
When you click on each product, you will see a full description and the individual delivery times which gives you an idea of how many days it would require for the product to reach you. Please click here to know more about our delivery times. We also intend to offer shortly a UK & USA storage unit, giving 1-2 day delivery throughout the UK & USA

With your prices being competitive, how can I be sure the quality is as you state?
We give you our word that each ladies/children garment made will meet the most stringent quality standards of AQL 4.0 & above, You will also find the `QC` approved sticker on each garment. Each garment/product made will have to pass our on-site quality controller and every item will be checked again before it leaves our premises

Do you share your customer lists with other companies?

I am not happy with my garment/product, what is your return policy?
We go to great lengths to ensure you receive the product you ordered at the price stated and to the quality you expect. If for whatever reason this fails to happen and you are not happy with the garment/product
